For all of you that want more home decor back in 2ndFloorLiving get ready…I’M MOVING! …AGAIN! But this time its for real. My fiance and I are moving into an awesome 3 bedroom in Kensington, Brooklyn. The apartment features an old kitchen begging for some DIY love, a dining room, an entry way and a terrace. I repeat A TERRACE!!!
We will be moving about a month from now. So you’ve been warned!
Congrats! Did you use a realtor by chance? Any tips for looking in that area that you’d want to pass along? We have a great situation now in Windsor Terrace but if/when we ever need more space, Kensington’s where I’d want to go as well!
We ended up finding it on Craig’s List. I really liked our broker though. He was with Re-Max and did not pressure us at all…you know how it can be with brokers in Brooklyn. Sometimes they make you feel like if you don’t decide immediately there is someone hiding in the closet ready to take the apartment out from under you! Let me know if you decide to move.
